When a guidance start time is set, waiting times are displayed automatically calculated so that the first customer is called at that time, making service to customers even smoother.
Access the reception hours screen and turn ON "Set guidance start time separately" in the time items.
Select and set the guidance start time.
Confirm that the entered content is correct in "Reception Hours Confirmation" and click the "Update" button to save changes.
Customers can check when guidance starts on Junban's top page.
Waiting customers are shown the approximate time until their turn, calculated backward from the guidance start time.
