Multiple Queue Lines (Add-on Columns)

This feature lets you operate more than one waitlist line for a single app. Each line has its own settings and members, so you can run separate flows while staying within Junban’s usual per-line capacity (up to 100 waiting guests per line).

Example use cases

  • Multiple locations under one brand: give each store its own line so wait times and settings stay separate per site.
  • Inside one venue: split lines by counter, booth, treatment room, or stylist—so each service point has its own queue.
  • Different menus or service types: use separate lines when you want a distinct waitlist flow for each offering.

How to add a line

Open Account Settings and use the “Add queue column” button to subscribe to an additional line. You will enter a line ID before completing payment.

How to switch lines

  • After setup, you can switch the active line from the top of the menu screen.
  • On the Operation Hub page, use the switch control at the far right of the screen.

Settings for each line

Each line can be configured independently. Switch to the line you want to edit, then update that line’s settings as usual.

As before, up to 100 waiting guests can be queued on each line at the same time.
