Bulk Call (Simultaneous Calling)

Call multiple waiting numbers at once from the Operation Hub. Ideal for events, venues, and busy periods when you need to guide guests in batches instead of one at a time.

When to use it

  • Events and venues where you call guests in groups (e.g. handshake sessions, entry gates).
  • Peak hours when staff need to move the queue faster without losing individual row-level control.

How to enable

Open Operation Hub → Settings → Operations. Turn on “Bulk call” when the waiting list and calling list are both empty. Set “Members per call” (batch size) while bulk call is ON.

How it works in Operation Hub

  • With bulk call ON, the bottom bar calls the next batch (up to your batch size). The label shows how many will be called.
  • To call just one person while bulk call is ON, use the phone icon on that row in the waiting table.
  • Use “Complete all” on the bottom bar or complete individuals from the calling session panel. Display screens show who is currently being called.
  • New line-up is still accepted while a calling session is active; guests are assigned to subsequent call blocks.

Restrictions while bulk call is ON

  • “Return to queue” from completed members is not available.
  • Pause (hold) is not available during bulk operation.

Summary

Bulk call keeps your existing single-call flow when OFF. When ON, the bottom bar becomes batch calling while row buttons still handle one-off exceptions. Enable it from Operation Hub settings when the queue is empty.
