Application of These Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to businesses (hereinafter referred to as "Businesses") that use "JunbanApp" provided by SUMMONS (hereinafter referred to as "Our Company").

Our Company will provide this service to businesses based on these terms of use, and businesses shall comply with these terms of use when using this service. Our Company may subcontract all or part of its business operations to third parties.
Service License

Businesses shall use this service at their own responsibility while complying with the conditions stipulated in these terms of use. Additionally, communication costs and other expenses incurred in using this service shall be borne entirely by the businesses.

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, Our Company may, at any time at its discretion, revoke the license to use this service for businesses or restrict businesses' use of this service without notice to or consent from businesses, and Our Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by businesses as a result.
Service Application

Businesses applying to use free features of this service shall apply by starting to use this service after understanding and agreeing to these terms of use.

Our Company shall consider that businesses have agreed to these terms of use when businesses use this service based on the preceding paragraph, and these terms of use shall apply to businesses.
Service Functions
The content and functions of this service are as separately displayed by Our Company in this service. Additionally, among some functions of this service, functions that are premised on use in combination with services other than this service may only be used by businesses who agree to and comply with terms and conditions separately established by Our Company or third parties operating such services.
Personal Information
- Our Company's handling of personal information shall be as stipulated in Our Company's privacy policy.

Regarding customer information obtained by users through the use of this service, it shall not be used for purposes other than those necessary for queue management.
- We do not use any information entered by customers who have queued up.

All information entered by customers who have queued up will be deleted when the administrator (service user) resets the queue after guidance is completed.

Email addresses collected for notifications will be deleted when the administrator (service user) resets the queue.

Regarding customer information obtained by users through this service, all such information shall be stored, managed, and used legally and appropriately at the users' responsibility, and Our Company shall not be liable for the handling of such information.
Facility Information Input

Businesses shall accurately input information regarding facilities and customers (including the types and prices of products and services provided at facilities, customer service usage amounts, etc., hereinafter referred to as "Business Information, etc.") when using this service.

Businesses shall bear all responsibility for damages incurred by Our Company, customers, or other third parties due to incorrect input, input omission, input delay, or other causes related to Business Information, etc.
System Suspension
Our Company may suspend the provision of this system in the following cases:
- When performing regular or emergency maintenance or upgrades of Our Company's system.
- When maintenance or construction of Our Company's equipment for this system is unavoidable.
- When natural disasters, incidents, or other emergencies occur or are likely to occur.
- When telecommunications equipment malfunctions or other unavoidable circumstances arise.
- When Our Company determines that it is desirable to stop the operation of this system.
- When situations not anticipated by Our Company occur.

Our Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users, contractors, or third parties due to the suspension of this system based on the preceding paragraph.

When suspending the provision of this system based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, Our Company shall implement this through posting on this service's homepage, sending emails to registered email addresses, or posting on this service's application, or through other methods determined by Our Company. However, this does not apply in emergency or other unavoidable cases.
Service Period
- The usage period of this contract shall be as stipulated in the separate application form or application screen.

Businesses may terminate this contract by notifying Our Company through methods separately specified by Our Company. If notification to Our Company is made by the separately specified closing date (hereinafter referred to as 'Closing Date'), this contract shall terminate on the last day of the month to which the date of such termination request belongs (if such day is not Our Company's business day, the previous business day). If notification to Our Company is made after the Closing Date, this contract shall terminate on the last day of the month following the month to which the date of such termination request belongs (if such day is not Our Company's business day, the previous business day).
