Junban's capacity limit feature supports efficient queue management by adjusting the number of people who can wait simultaneously.
This feature helps prevent overcrowding in waiting areas and improves customer satisfaction.

Key Features

• Free Plan: The number of people who can wait simultaneously is fixed at 10 people. Ideal for small stores and events.
• Premium Plan: Settings up to a maximum of 100 people are possible. New customers can be added to the waiting list each time guidance is completed.

When customer guidance is completed, the number of people who can register in the waiting list increases accordingly. This allows smooth acceptance of new customers.

How to Set Up Capacity Limit Feature

The usage method for the capacity limit feature is as follows:

1. Log in to Junban's management screen.
2. Navigate to the settings page.
